Sheffield United Community Foundation are excited to announce their first ever Foundation Colour Run!

5th June 2024

This Pride Month, get covered in paint and run to support the Foundation’s Empower LGBTQ+ programme.

The programme helps tackle inequality and respond to local challenges, supporting people and their communities to be more inclusive. The aim of the programme is for Sheffield’s LGBT+ community to be more active, feel stronger, be more confident in their ability to succeed in sport and physical activity, and aims to eliminate LGBT+ discrimination and help LGBT+ people feel they belong in Sheffield.

*All people are welcome to attend.*

The run takes place around the north lake (approximately 1.5km) at Rother Valley Country Park, and runners are encouraged to do as many laps as they like.

Hot and cold food will be available to purchase on the day including burgers, sandwiches, teas, coffees, and ice cream.

Entry fee includes a plain white t-shirt, multicoloured sunglasses, and a 100g bag of powder paint.
