Simms Engineering Group has a New Sales Counter

Customers looking for parts, fittings and tools are now able to drop in at our new sales counter at Simm Engineering's Sheffield headquarters.

As a leading UK supplier of compressed air solutions we have established a reputation for energy-saving solutions and excellent customer service and the new counter will help us provide an even better service for trade and the general public. Whether you are looking for pneumatic valves, cylinders, fittings, pipework, tubing, valves, air preparation units, air tools or any other parts, staff are on hand to help you out. There is a large range of products available ex stock, including Camozzi, PCL and E-MC to name just a few. The sales counter is manned by Stores Manager Mark Waddington, who brings many years of experience into his new role. Mark has worked in the compressed air industry for seven years; prior to that he was employed on the trade or retail counter of DIY and ironmonger stores for around 30 years, which means he has plenty of experience helping customers find what they need. Stores Manager Mark Waddington: -The sales counter is an exciting new venture for Simm and one we are sure our customers will feel the benefit of. At Simm we are known for our high quality, reliable service and it is no different with our sales counter. -All customer requirements are treated as urgent as we understand how important it is to keep your business running. For niche or customised products, we are able to order in for next day delivery. We are proud of our quick response times and look forward to supplying customers with what they need. Meanwhile, Glenn Stephenson, the new Pneumatics Area Manager for Simm Engineering and its Halifax-based parent company, Pennine Pneumatic Services (PPS), will be supporting customers on call outs, problem solving, design and any other issues they require help with. With more than three decades of experience in pneumatic systems and applications, Glenn is on hand to help with urgent repairs, as well as going out into the field to ensure that customers are aware of the new sales counter opening.
