Simplyou Coaching team up with The Fitness Club

27th September 2018

Holly Crosby of Simplyou Coaching is excited to announce that she is teaming up with The Fitness Club by using a space at their recently refurbished gym/health centre to see both their members and her own clients for 1:1's.

Holly said -When Austin, the new owner, approached me about his idea, it quickly became apparent that we shared the same passion for helping people to be at their best, both mentally and physically. Our mental health impacts on our physical health and vice versa. So, between us, we can work with individuals to become their best version of themselves in both areas! Simplyou work with clients on a whole range of areas and Holly's passion is for helping people to live happier and healthier lives. -We all know what we 'should do' to achieve this but the reality is it rarely happens until you find what works for you and understand your reason for doing so. And that's what I help people to uncover about themselves. The Fitness Club's official opening is on 27th September at 5:30pm, 94 Surrey Street. Please pop in to have a look around and see what it's all about. Find out more about the work that Simplyou have been doing with individuals and businesses in the city by visiting their website at http://www.simplyoucoaching.co.uk/index.html If you would like to speak to Holly to discuss ways that she can advise you or your employees, please call her on 07896 876150 or contact her via email at holly@simplyoucoaching.co.uk
