TRAINEE BUSINESS solicitors at the Sheffield office of national law firm, Irwin Mitchell, have announced that they are to host a charity poker night on 19 July 2012.

Natasha Guthrie, a trainee solicitor in the firm's corporate team, said: This event promises to be a great night and certainly one which we hope will raise a lot of money for a wonderful cause. There will be tables for novices as well as experienced players and the evening will provide a good opportunity for networking as well as a chance to win some fantastic prizes. The Master Cutler's Challenge provides teams within local businesses and educational establishments with a £50 cash investment in return for committing to innovative and entrepreneurial fundraising ideas. Now in its fifth year, the charity has raised over £500,000. The event commences at 6pm with Poker starting at 7pm. The cost per person is £10 and this includes entry into the casino, poker chips, a welcome drink and light snacks. Individuals interested in attending can contact michela.depaola@irwinmitchell.com.
