Both myself Jon Covey, and Jayne Briggs who's qualifications include: NCFE Certificate in Life Coaching, EDexcel Level 3 BTEC Certificate in Life Coaching, Dip.

NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), BSc (Hons) Therapeutic Counselling and many many more have colloborated to develop 'The Executive Matrix'. Something I feel you will agree has been eagerly anticipated in the Sheffield region. The Executive Matrix is a coaching club which aims to provide it's members with the opportunity for growth, and personal development. As a solo entrepreneur, or even mature business owner, we know what it is like to face challenges, and overcome them but also to fall into self defeating behaviour traps such as procrastination, undeveloped ideas and failure to reach targets that may have been unrealistic. Each month we will look to invite someone to get into the 'hot seat' and present a specific business challenge, that is personal to them, but with group input, and feedback. We shall also actively encourage you to share your success stories so we can help you celebrate the victories!
