Spire Claremont Hospital is proud to announce our sponsorship of Stocksbridge Park Steels Football Club!

19th December 2025

A historic Sheffield club famed for nurturing talent like Jamie Vardy. Spire Claremont Hospital is proud to support our community—on and off the pitch!

Stocksbridge Park Steels is one of the most notable teams in the Pitching in Northern Premier League Premier Division.

Known for producing incredible talent, the club has seen several players rise through its ranks – including the legendary Jamie Vardy, who began his journey here before becoming a Premier League champion and England international! With a Netflix documentary featuring Vardy’s time at the football club on the horizon, we’re thrilled to support a club that continues to inspire and make history in our local region.

This partnership is extra special for us because Adam Allcroft, the hospital’s very own Patient Services Administrator, volunteers as the club’s Media Manager – a fantastic example of community spirit in action!

At Spire Claremont Hospital, we believe in growing and supporting our community – just as we do with the healthcare we provide every day.
Join us in wishing Stocksbridge Park Steels every success this season!
