Success for Sheffield based company Infraglo

19th September 2018

The warm glow of success radiates from Sheffield based company Infraglo.

They have been manufacturing radiant heaters and infrared gas burners for almost 30 years. Infraglo prides itself on being a family run business which started with Ken Crane as one of the founders in 1990. Ken took semi-retirement in 2015 and his son Steven Crane took over the running of the business as Managing Director. Steven was the perfect choice to take the company forward with his years of experience in the business, Steven was the Operations Manager prior to this and has a long history of management and engineering skills. Using these skills, he has been able to maximise growth and long-term innovation which has included taking on an electronics design engineer to develop innovative new products to add to their existing portfolio. After a recent building extension which increased the workshop and added a new training room, Infraglo are on target to grow even further. Marketing Manager Tracy Crane said -I am looking forward to watching Infraglo expand and exciting things are on the horizon. I joined the company back in 2013 when Infraglo had very little money invested in marketing and no plan going forward, jump forward 5 years later to a new website, online marketing and the wonderful opportunity of working with the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce to enable us to connect to other local businesses. Managing Director Steven Crane said -We are proud to become premium partners of the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce. Their help and support allow us to continue to grow and connect with other businesses in the city as well as promoting our brand across the region and the valuable advice on exporting.
