SYProperty Focus - Commercial Property Market Update

14th June 2013

Sheffield's Taylor&Emmet LLP is joining forces with a local commercial property agent to bring members of South Yorkshire Property Focus (SYPF) the latest news from the sector.

The firm's specialist solicitors are inviting the region's property professionals to a free breakfast club focusing on updates in the market and recent legal developments.   Hosted by Taylor&Emmet's property litigation team, the SYPF event will be held at the Leopold Hotel on July 18 and will include presentations from guest speakers, Adrian Lunn and Robert Darrington of Lambert Smith Hampton. They will be answering questions posed by members of the forum and discussing topical issues affecting the local commercial property market.   The free breakfast event will provide SYPF members with an opportunity to network in a relaxed, informal atmosphere and develop professional and personal contacts.   Rob Cooke, Taylor&Emmet's head of property litigation, said: -Since its launch in January, SYPF has proved incredibly popular and its membership is growing at a welcome rate. The comfortable, sociable environment we engender has mass appeal and we are looking forward to seeing colleagues from across the property sector at our forthcoming event.   SYPF combines regular breakfast clubs focusing on practical property issues with online discussions via LinkedIn, through which members can pose questions, exchange ideas and discuss trends or best practise.   Taylor&Emmet's commercial property market update will be held from 8.30am to 10am and will include complimentary refreshments. To reserve a place or register interest in SYProperty Focus, contact Rob Cooke on (0114) 218 4000, visit www.tayloremmet.co.uk or follow the firm on Twitter @tayloremmet.
