Take part in the Donor Run

Take part in the Donor run and support Sheffield Hospitals Charity.
The Charity funds improvements to the care and treatment of thousands of local patients by investing over £2 million a year into projects that support the Northern General, Royal Hallamshire, Jessop Wing, Weston Park and Charles Clifford Dental hospitals. The Donor Run will be hosted at Don Valley Stadium and includes a 5k Challenge open to runners and walkers of all abilities aged 13 years and above, and an accompanying 3k Fun Run open to all ages. Entry is £8 for the full 5km Challenge and £5 for the 3k Fun Run.Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to sign up for the event, to run alongside transplant athletes and to show their support for organ donation. The run will be held on Saturday 17 August 2013 at 6.30pm. The Donor Run will be one of the last public participation sporting events to happen at the stadium before its closure, so if you are keen to take part visit www.donorrun.co.uk.
