Team Evoluted Step Up For Dragonfly

21st August 2026

Evoluted has teamed up with Dragonfly Cancer Trust, volunteering to pack and deliver Activity Boxes for children and young people at Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.

Evoluted team members have been getting hands-on to support children and young people facing life-limiting cancer, volunteering their time to pack and deliver Dragonfly Cancer Trust Activity Boxes.

The team spent time preparing the Activity Boxes before delivering them to Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, where they will be given to children and young people during their time in hospital or hospice care.

For a child facing life-limiting cancer, hospital and hospice stays can mean long days filled with treatment, appointments and uncertainty. Dragonfly’s Activity Boxes are designed to provide a welcome distraction, giving children something fun and creative to focus on and helping families spend time together during an incredibly difficult period.

The boxes contain age-appropriate activities and are designed to give children the opportunity to simply be children, to play, create and take their minds off treatment, even if just for a little while.

Natalie, Sheffield Regional Fundraiser at Dragonfly Cancer Trust, said:

“We’re incredibly grateful to the team at Evoluted for giving up their time to pack and deliver these Activity Boxes. What might seem like a few hours of volunteering can make such a difference to a child and their family.

“These boxes are about giving children a chance to take their mind off treatment for a while, have some fun and simply be a child. Knowing that the Evoluted team have played a part in getting these boxes into the hands of children who need them means so much to us.”

Giorgio Cassella, Managing Director of Evoluted, said:

“Giving back to our communities through pro-bono support and volunteering is a huge part of our company culture at Evoluted and the team absolutely loved this opportunity to volunteer for Dragonfly Cancer Trust, packing Activity Boxes for Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Bluebell Wood Hospice.

“The support Dragonfly gives to children and young people facing life-threatening cancer diagnoses is so incredibly valuable. Activity Boxes like those we've helped to deliver give these children and their families a moment away from the anxiety to reconnect, decompress and create cherished memories.

“We're proud that we've been able to contribute to fulfilling Dragonfly's mission and will be continuing to do so over the coming year through marketing training and support for their internal team and volunteers.”

Dragonfly Cancer Trust would like to thank everyone at Evoluted for their time, enthusiasm and commitment to supporting children and families affected by cancer.

Their support will help Dragonfly continue to make each moment matter.
