The Alternative MIPIM

3rd March 2014

During 11 - 14 March 2014 the MIPIM event is to be held in Palais de Festivals, Cannes, France.

During this period a number of local (alternative) MIPIM events are held throughout the UK. Sheffield will be hosting their own "Alternative MIPIM" event on Thursday 13 March. This local event is now in it's 5th year, an event for the industry professionals to meet, connect and discuss local issues. There will be presentations on the regions flagship development during the event. We also combine this as a charity event, with all proceeds going to the Sheffield Children's Hospital. What Is MIPIM? An overview from the MIPIM Director "Over the past 25 years, MIPIM has become the leading worldwide property event gathering real estate professionals from all sectors. It aims to provide an international platform for industry leaders to connect, and do real face-to-face business. Through its internationally rich exhibition floor and comprehensive programme of conferences and events, MIPIM allows participants to find new partners, close deals, discover new projects and gain insight into the latest global market trends. Since its creation, MIPIM has been accompanying the real estate industry's growing internationalization, and today provides a marketplace for the industry to face challenges and identify new opportunities in answer to growing environmental concern, scarcity of financing, and changing consumer and workplace habits. This website provides key event and preparation information to help you make the most out of MIPIM. " The event is organised by: Turner & Townsend Knight Frank Hill Dickinson Bookings can be made via Diane Davis Diane.Davis@turntown.co.uk Turner & Townsend t: +44 (0) 114 272 9025
