The Challenges of Mid-Life Workshop

Is the future uncertain within your organisation and is this having a negative impact on your staff, your collegues or yourself? Do you work with women who are facing either a personally or professionally challenging time? Do you have a commitment to Health & Wellbeing and want to offer support? In the current working enviroment, we are increasingly faced with challenging situations and uncertain futures.

Across all sectors, organisations are struggling to balance commercial decisions and cut-backs with the Health & Wellbeing needs of their staff. The Challenges of Mid-Life Workshop is deisgned for women who are facing considerable changes, either personally or professionally, and need help to make positive and informed choices. This workshop will include sessions on: •How to deal with change in our lives. •The emotional and physical effects of mid-life and how this impacts both personal and professional commitments. •Self-nurturing and well-being. •Confidence, body image and relationships. This workshop will be delivered by Danielle Barbereau at Alliance House, 9 Leopold Street, Sheffield S1 2GY. The available dates are: Tuesday 31st July 9:30am-12:30pm or Thursday 20th September 9:30am-12:30pm. Each place is priced at £49.95 + VAT.
