The Charity Hub - innovative new format for 2017

20th April 2017

The Charity Hub was launched in 2016 as a quarterly meeting offering free information and networking, especially for the charity sector.

Recognising a gap of good professional advice and a way to get our charity sector organisations together to share knowledge and experiences, professional organisations set up the collaboration including Bhayani HR & Employment Law, Yorkshire Bank and Arthur J Gallagher. Events in 2016 focussed on topics ranging from charity legal and governance, employing and managing staff and finance and grants for charities. The programme was very well received with comments from attendees such as -a fantastic offering for the Sheffield region, -speakers were knowledgeable and informative and -About time we had a dedicated platform for the third sector-thank you. The 2017 programme is now kicking off with an event on 27 April from 8am at the Showroom Workstation, with a few exciting changes! Attending charities will be able to spend 20mins with experts to discuss any issues that are unique to their organisation and gain some useful advice, after the speakers have finished.
