The Curve has been selected as the Technical Delivery Partner for Fitwins

13th October 2022

The Curve has been selected as the Technical Delivery Partner of the popular wellbeing app “Fitwins”. We will help further enhance the Fitwins app to bring more features and functionality for the users of the application.

The Curve is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the Technical Delivery Partner of the popular wellbeing app “Fitwins”. The Fitwins App challenges and motivates people to increase their physical exercise by recognising and encouraging those who take part and complete their challenges with medals.

Fitwins rewards and praises those who compete in monthly challenges with medals as a way of keeping motivation levels high and ensuring that people  get the recognition they deserve when they have completed their exercise and challenges. Research has shown that rewarding users with a medal after hitting certain milestones is a great way to keep morale and motivation high and often encourages users to continue working towards the next milestone and medal.

Fitwins plans to continue to invest in the further development and marketing of their product. As part of the collaboration, The Curve will help further  enhance the Fitwins app to bring more features and functionality for the users of the application. The Curve’s work is focused on  enhancing the user experience and growing the user base, as well as allowing Fitwins to generate more revenue by providing alternative opportunities of growth outside of the monthly challenges.

Fitwins Founder, Carl Ryde had this to say “Since we began working with The Curve,  we’ve been impressed with both their attention to detail and their efforts to collaboratively drive creative and innovative features to deliver the most enjoyable experience possible. The discovery sessions provided a great opportunity to evaluate the user experience and enhance our development strategy going forwards. As a company that prides itself on helping people to become more active, the sessions really helped us to identify features that can help us to continue building an active community of runners, cyclists and walkers.

We are  thrilled that we can continue to work with the team at The Curve for the  long term future and look forward to implementing new and exciting changes and functionality to the Fitwins App”.

CEO & Co-Founder of The Curve, Paul Ridgway added; “The Fitwins team have been a pleasure to work with and we’re excited to continue our collaboration, to deliver a memorable and fun user experience. The detail and planning that came out of the Discovery sessions with the Fitwins team have made working on their app developments a joy and we’re excited to be working alongside them in the months ahead”.
