The SEO Works wins National Award for marketing effectiveness

11th December 2017

The SEO Works won -Best Integrated Campaign at the UK Search Awards held in London last week.

The UK Search Awards, hosted by Jimmy Carr, is considered the 'Oscars' of the marketing industry. It attracts hundreds of entries from leading digital agencies from across the UK & Europe. To win on the evening was the icing on the cake for the Sheffield-based outfit. The award win was for an integrated marketing campaign across PPC, SEO, and other digital channels for a leading online retailer that generated an 1700% overall return on investment. Ben Foster, Managing Director of The SEO Works commented: -Winning 'Best Integrated Campaign' shows that we're about more than just great SEO results. Increasingly clients need a partner that can deliver a return across a mix of digital channels, and we're delighted that the judges recognised our work in this regard. It's our mission to get our clients more customers online, and this project is a great example of how an integrated strategy can deliver just that. The judges included some of the brightest in marketing, from leading brands such as Sage, Zoopla, Virgin Trains, Lego Group and Bing. Judges looked for clear objectives, creative and effective implementation, and tangible and demonstrable results in the award categories. The SEO Works were shortlisted in two categories (Best PPC Campaign and Best Integrated Campaign) and were delighted to have bagged a gong on the night. The SEO Works are no stranger to winning awards for their work - this accolade adds to wins at the DotCOMM and the Hermes Creative Awards in 2017.
