The Sunset Stomp 2019 (Cavendish Cancer Care)

11th June 2019

Think you're not the outdoors type? You're not doing outdoors right! Join Cavendish Cancer Care for the Sunset Stomp, a relaxing walk and BBQ on the edge of the beautiful Peak District, sponsored by the amazing team at Lyonhurst Life.

It's the perfect way to spend a summer evening. Meet us at the Norfolk Arms pub in Ringinglow from 5pm on Thursday 11th July and we'll go for a lovely, relaxing walk. You'll have a choice of two routes to follow: an energetic 10k will offer you some breathtaking views of Higger Tor and Burbage Rocks, or there'll be a shorter stroll through the woods if you'd like to get back a little earlier. Once you've made your way back to the pub, you can relax and enjoy stunning countryside views with some top quality BBQ food in hand. Shake up your next work social - the Sunset Stomp is the opportunity to reconnect, network, and relax with colleagues old and new. Or, bring the kids and the dog and make the most of those long summer evenings together. No traffic and no pressure to finish - the only thing you'll be racing is the sun! Pricing: Included in your entry fee is a map to guide you on your way, and a BBQ to celebrate your return. Adults: £9 Children (under 16 years old): £2.50 Family (2 adults + 2 children): £20 Team of 10 or more? Get in touch! We'd love to see you there, and if you can, we also invite you to try to raise a minimum of £54! Just £54 will make such a huge difference by covering the cost of two pain relieving therapy sessions for local people affected by cancer. Interested?
