The University of Sheffield is considering launching an SME Graduate Development Programme!

22nd April 2024

The University of Sheffield is considering launching a Graduate Development Programme to help SMEs develop and retain talent in the region. We would be very interested in your views on this.

The initiative would be free of charge for SMEs who have recruited University of Sheffield graduates and would offer a structured pathway for developing graduates in your workforce with the aim of:

  • boosting their skills, adding value to your organisation
  • providing ongoing support for their continued professional development (CPD)
  • supporting your organisational growth

Spanning 12 months, the programme would include targeted training sessions, mentorship opportunities and avenues for meaningful professional connections.

This survey aims to explore your interest in the programme and how it might be shaped to meet both your needs and those of your graduate employees.

It should take no longer than 5 minutes to respond to the questions, please click the link below to start the survey.  Thank you for your time.
