Think Me: focus on mental and physical health

26th May 2020

We live in a noisy world and it’s incredibly important to filter that out to listen to and understand ourselves; what we think, how we feel, what makes us happy, what makes us healthy, and to be able to act on it in a way that works for us.

It’s been 3 years since I started running my own business and it’s changed quite a lot in that time.

The reason being that wellbeing in the workplace, quite rightly, has become a focus for so many companies.

This means I’ve adapted over those years to ensure I can provide the types of group workshops and one to one coaching that has been needed for individuals to manage their own mental and physical health.

I’ve worked in this area since 2006 as a qualified counsellor, trainer and coach.

During my career I have spent many years working with individuals helping them to recognise, make and sustain positive changes in their life.

I also have vast experience of writing and delivering training for professionals in the NHS, Local Authority and Private Sector. Again, this facilitates making and sustaining changes which have a positive impact on health and wellbeing.

The many changes I have made in terms of the services I provide since starting up means that my previous name simply does not reflect what I have been doing for quite some time now.

And I’m excited to continue this work under the new umbrella of...

It’s important for me to show what I think is really at the core of managing our own health and wellbeing… our individual being and our own thoughts.

We live in a noisy world and it’s incredibly important to filter that out to listen to and understand ourselves; what we think, how we feel, what makes us happy, what makes us healthy, and to be able to act on it in a way that works for us. That understanding is key to making lasting change. And I truly believe we have our own answers; we just need to be in the right environment to have that understanding and take the action needed.

Every individual client I work with and every group workshop I run has this at the very core. To make lasting changes that enable us to live happier and healthier. As we all adjust to the ever changing and unknown world we are living in, it is important now more than ever that we understand how we look after our mental and physical health as individuals.

I’m pleased to be able to continue offering my group workshops and 1:1 wellbeing coaching for individuals online. The only way businesses will ‘bounce back’ is if the staff within them are able to make that happen. Which means living happy and healthily, managing stress and anxiety, managing change and living with the unknown, to name but a few!

Please get in touch should you wish to discuss any of this,

Holly
