Thomas Cook launches new Leeds Bradford Airport programme for Summer 17

Flights introduced to Faro, Naples, Mahon, Tenerife, Larnaca, Palma and Alicante Thomas Cook to partner with Monarch and Evelop Airlines 15th April, 2016 - Thomas Cook is starting services to Faro, Naples, Mahon, Tenerife, Larnaca and Alicante with Monarch from Leeds Bradford Airport in summer 2017, as well as operating flights to Palma with Evelop Airlines, to meet the regional demand from holidaymakers across West Yorkshire.

Thomas Cook's Aviation Director, James Burrows, said: -One of the things that makes Thomas Cook holidays stand out for customers to be able to access our quality holidays from as many departure points in the UK as possible. We've teamed up again with Monarch to launch a regional programme from Leeds Bradford Airport, which has allowed us to open up a set of really exciting new routes. Tony Hallwood, Leeds Bradford Airport's Aviation Development Director commented; -Leeds Bradford Airport is pleased to see the reintroduction of Thomas Cook departures from West Yorkshire in Summer 2017. With seven routes across Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and Italy offering up to 13 weekly departures, the range of holiday products on offer will appeal to families and couples alike. Flying locally from LBA will be a major benefit for Thomas Cook holidaymakers who will be able to once again fly closer to home.
