5S +1S Facilitator Workshop This 1-day workshop is focused on building the competence and capability to fulfil the 6S Facilitators role.

In addition to focusing on the 6S and waste elimination processes, the training will include a specific focus on the set-up, implementation and review of the 6S roll-out. The delivery style will be focused on -learning by doing: with the main practical sessions focuses on how to deploy 6S activities within the company.
