Tribepad Reports Record Year
22nd December 2016
Talent aquisition software specialists TribePad have defied Brexit concerns by reporting a record year in 2016, as more high profile brands seek to streamline recruitment costs.
In the last twelve months, TribePad has boosted its team by 80%, has taken on a wealth of new contracts with international names such as Pizza Hut, KFC, BBC, Go Compare and Sweaty Betty, and has doubled its square footage at its Sheffield HQ to meet demand. According to SmallBusinesses.co.uk, over 51 per cent of small business owners in the UK expect their revenue to increase within the next 12 months following the vote to leave the EU and TribePad is firmly within that number, expecting to finish the year in its strongest ever position. Other successes for TribePad have included an abundance of awards recognition. These include winning the title 'Software Innovation of the Year' in the Digital Entrepreneur Awards, ranked 4th in the top 20 cloud companies in the UK and won the Clearwater International Cloudex Awards 'One to Watch', and a finalist in the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards, 'Business Enabler of the Year' for helping businesses to increase profitability by improving efficiency, developing talent and implementing innovation. TribePad continues to grow from strength to strength, with plans to further develop its overseas business by opening an office in North America and has increased its client base by 10% in December 2016 alone. Dean Sadler, CEO of TribePad commented: -In a time where economic growth is uncertain, many businesses are still investing in HR and Talent software in order to help reduce costs imposed by agencies and job boards. Many recruiters are starting to realise the real importance of having an Applicant Tracking System like TribePad and how creating their own pools of talent, will save them hundreds of thousands each year. TribePad based in Sheffield was founded in 2008 by Dean Sadler, ex-CTO of Plusnet.
