UniHomes earns Great Place to Work Certification for second year running

It’s official… again! Thanks to our incredible team, we’ve been certified as a Great Place To Work UK for the second year in a row!

This is very special, as this prestigious award is entirely based on what our extraordinary people have to say about working for UniHomes, with 86 saying that it’s a Great Place to Work – even higher than last year’s score!

This new accolade reaffirms our devotion to creating a workplace and culture that is fully inclusive, vibrant and supports the needs of our team, with over 80 of employees feeding back a positive experience.

“This is another proud moment - since the beginning, we’ve been committed to our people and culture, as we want UniHomes to be the best workplace to be, so this is a real endorsement for all the hard work that’s going into this,” Phil Greaves, Co-Founder of UniHomes, said.

GPTW is the global authority on workplace culture, and certification™ is only awarded if validated employee feedback from their survey is at least 65 positive. UniHomes scored well above this threshold and the UK business average of 54, with a score of 82.

The recognition culminates a year of notable growth for UniHomes, which also saw us named the fastest growing technology company in Yorkshire, in the highly coveted Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 awards.
