VOICE is expanding both sites in Sheffield

17th May 2012

VOICE Marketing, recent winners of the Next Big Thing at the annual Sheffield Business Awards, is living up to the name.

Through a number of strategic tenders and a great deal of hard work, VOICE has had a magic May, by landing 5 out of 5 new clients it was aiming for, beating competition throughout the UK and also overseas. The result is over the next 12 weeks, VOICE Marketing need to identify, employ and thoroughly train around 200 new Sheffield based telemarketing executives, together with circa 30 additional management positions, ranging from Team Leader, Quality Assistants to Operations Managersa welcome boost for the local economy. VOICE Marketing, which is based in Woodseats and Broomhill, is a fully FSA (Financial Services Authority) authorised contact centre business for insurance services, as well as a client list of some of the best-known names in British business, including; e.on, Sky, Aon, and Lloyds TSB. To say we are excited about being selected for all 5 of the large new partnerships we have aimed for, is an understatement! We are about to partner with new clients from industries such as Telecoms, Insurance, Financial Services and Digital Media, said VOICE director Jon Wall. We had already positioned ourselves as a business that intends to have a huge 2012 and we are delivering on that. The great news is, that a number of new partnerships present significant roll-out and additional growth opportunities as well. So watch this space later in the year, as we hope to announce further additional employment, as well as growing the business further. The recent award demonstrated that VOICE is being heard in Sheffield, however, now we feel this demonstrates that the rest of the UK are listening too.
