West One Student Accommodation make key appointments

West One Student Accommodation has added a trio of new talent to their team after expanding to launch a brand new lettings office at its latest student complex.
The company's latest base is located at Gatecrasher Apartments, after developers brought a new lease of life to the site to provide a top quality home for students. The office will be headed up by office manager Charlotte Hale, who previously worked at West One's Ecclesall Road branch. The 25-year-old will be overseeing the day to day running of the office, organising tenancy agreements and arranging viewings. Charlotte said: -This is an exciting time for West One and to be part of a student complex like Gatecrasher Apartments is great. It's a really modern place to work and I'm looking forward to starting in the office there. Joining Charlotte at Gatecrasher Apartments is John Barker, aged 22, who has taken up a new role as lettings negotiator, which will see him dealing with clients, negotiating contracts and conducting viewings. Completing the new team is Mollie Whiteley-Grant, 19, who will be working as a lettings administrator at the Ecclesall Road office. Mollie will conduct viewings, create tenancy agreements and provide general support. The Gatecrasher Apartments site, located on the corner of Arundel Street and Matilda Street in Sheffield city centre, has been transformed into luxury student accommodation, providing 243 beds, mostly in clusters of three, four and five beds, all en-suite.
