A win could be on the cards for Sheffield-based training provider and business consultancy, Whyy? Change, at this year's SCR Apprenticeship Awards Awards.

The annual ceremony, to be held in Doncaster on 23rd September, will recognise and reward both the apprentices, their employers and training providers from across the Sheffield City Region.

The Whyy? Change team, who offer a range of professional apprenticeships, are finalists in the Training Provider/Programme of the Year award category.

Ray Byrne, Whyy? Change CEO said: "Like many businesses, the last 12 months have not been easy, so to find out that we were award finalists gave our whole team a boost. The awards recognise the value of an apprenticeship to individuals and to businesses, and that's what our whole team are passionate about. Our learners are at the heart of everything we do and, with the continued support from the employers we work with, we see first-hand how our programmes make a huge difference. To win the award would be the icing on the cake and all our learners are rooting for us."

Whyy? Change specialise in delivering apprenticeships combined with professional qualifications, delivered by highly skilled practitioners. Current study areas include Quality HSE, Lean and Six Sigma, CMI Leadership and Management, CIM Marketing and their recently launched CIPD Human Resources and Learning and Development qualifications.
