Wills and Probate Specialist Joins Taylor Bracewell

Sheffield city centre law firm, Taylor Bracewell, is delighted to announce that wills and probate specialist, Claire Bellamy, has joined its growing personal law department.

Graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA in financial services, Claire initially worked in the field of insurance, but found the legal world far more interesting and soon moved over to law.  Dealing with employer liability and occupational health claims for 5 years, Claire decided she much preferred being on the side of the individual and moved into the field of wills and probate, in which she has specialised for 6 years. Claire is currently a student member The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners' (STEP), studying to become a full member of the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues.  She will then complete her studies to become a chartered legal executive. Claire really enjoys the mix of people she deals with and gains particular satisfaction from helping her clients through complex and emotionally difficult times of life. During her free time, Claire can usually be seen togged up in dive suit and mask as a master scuba diver.  Whilst she has dived all over the world, including the Philippines and the Red Sea, Claire says she is never happier than when she dives in the UK, seeing sites such as the glorious marine life in St Abs, the wrecks in Plymouth or the seals in the Farne Islands.
