Free taster session to launch our new 1 day training course, the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service.

We are holding a FREE 1 hour overview and training session, extracted from the Principles of Customer Service, to demonstrate the quality of this world-class customer service course. Employers are invited to attend at either 9:30am or 1:30pm. The sessions will include an overview of the WorldHost course, followed by a module from the course. Following the session, there will be ample time to discuss any further requirements, and time to network with fellow participants. The Principles of Customer Service programme is engaging and energetic, combining a comprehensive blend of interactive training tools; including role plays, DVD and CD scenarios.
