Yorkshire charity teams up with Sheffield digital agency to save precious time

8th February 2022

The Saviour Trust have partnered up with the award-winning digital agency, Hydra Creative, for its first digital admin system

The Yorkshire-based homeless charity have supported over 2,000 vulnerable people across the region to date, providing safe accommodation, addiction rehabilitation, family reconciliation, and employability skills, all of which contribute to increased confidence and opportunities. This support is provided in a non-judgmental environment.

Recently, the charity has identified that they need to streamline business operations, as they currently utilise time-hungry but essential paper-based admin systems. Wanting to maximise time spent supporting users, the Trust approached Hydra Creative to develop an essential software development project, to help bring internal systems up to date.

Headed up by Ryan Daniels, Hydra Creative uses the latest technology to design and create bespoke development solutions for businesses wanting to streamline processes, with the systems being designed to be easy to use, ensuring staff can easily adapt to new, more efficient ways of working.

Hannah Iwanuschak, Manager at The Saviour Trust, says:

“We are excited by Hydra’s approach to digital optimisation. The team took the time to understand our business needs and goals and are working closely with us to build a tailored solution that is intuitive for our staff to use. We are looking forward to having more time to support our service users, without having to use valuable staff time on paper admin and processing.”

Managing Director of Hydra Creative, Ryan Daniels, adds:

“More and more businesses are becoming open to utilising cloud software solutions that are designed to simplify business operations, saving money and time. We often see charities getting left behind, due to them rightly prioritising the essential work that they do, which can lead to a lack of action in improving other areas of their operations. We are delighted that we can support an incredible charity through its digital transformation to give their team time to focus on what matters most – their clients. I’m pleased that Hydra Creative has proven itself as a reputable agency in supporting businesses and charities with essential digital projects.”
