Search has changed. AI has changed it further. Most websites haven't kept up. We're currently helping clients audit exactly where theirs are leaving value on the table - and what to do about it.

There's a pattern we're seeing across sectors - fintech, education, healthcare, the charity sector, and beyond.

Organisations doing genuinely important work, whose websites aren't reflecting it.

Not because the work isn't there. But because the digital infrastructure around it hasn't kept pace with how people now search, discover, and make decisions.

The problem we're seeing

Search has changed. AI has changed it further. And most websites - good as they once were - haven't caught up.

The issues we encounter most often

  • Content that should rank for searches is buried in PDFs or split across subdomains - invisible to Google and AI tools alike
  • Navigation built around internal teams and projects, not the problems you solve - making it hard for users, buyers, investors, or funders to find what they need
  • AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) is now as important as SEO - but most sites aren't structured for it
  • Key conversion journeys (enquire, sign up, purchase, donate) are hard to find and harder to act on
  • UX and accessibility issues quietly frustrating the very users you most need to reach

What we do about it

We offer a fixed-fee, standalone Website and Digital Audit. A distinct piece of work. No tie-in. No commitment to use us further.

The audit covers

  • SEO - technical and on-page
  • AEO readiness - is your site structured for AI search?
  • Information architecture and navigation review
  • User journey analysis - key conversion paths
  • UX and accessibility "rule of thumb" review
  • Content discoverability - PDFs, subdomains, buried pages
  • A practical, prioritised report of recommendations

What you get is a clear, honest report written for humans - not developers. You can implement the recommendations yourselves, brief another agency, or ask us to help. Either way, it's yours.

How it works

It's a straightforward process

  1. We do the work - reviewing your site against the full checklist, following a kick-off conversation with you
  2. We present our findings - a focused 60-minute session walking you through what we found and why it matters
  3. You receive the report - practical, prioritised, and yours to act on however works for you
  4. Optional follow-on - we can train your team on AEO and SEO basics, or help implement what you can't do in-house. No obligation.

Investment: from £1,500 + VAT

A fixed fee. No tie-in. If the report tells you what you need and you can run with it - brilliant. That's the point.

A question worth sitting with

When someone searches for expertise in your field, do they find you? When a funder is researching the landscape, are you positioned as the authority you actually are?

If you're not sure, that's probably worth finding out.

Where to start

Drop us a line and we'll confirm whether an audit makes sense for where you are right now. We can help you build the business case. And if it's not the right moment, we'll tell you that too.
