Zest Short-Listed for National Award

A social enterprise in Sheffield, Zest is celebrating reaching the short-list for Best Rehabilitation Facility of the Year at the National Fitness Awards 2014.

Zest is a social enterprise which manages the innovative Zest Centre a healthy living hub housing a swimming pool, gym, exercise studio, community cafe, library, advice service and IT drop in. The award recognises gyms that are dedicated to the rehabilitation market and or deal with GP exercise referrals. Zest offers a successful exercise referral service which supports adults who are sedentary and or have a health condition such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, mental health conditions, pulmonary disease and obesity to exercise regularly.
