Local funding in action: Growing Wild Outdoor Nursery
Meet Janet and Lindsey, who secured the funding that turned a shared ambition into a thriving outdoor nursery. In 2018, the pair secured £20,000 in Start Up Loans from GC Business Finance, to set up their first Growing Wild nursery. After four years of growth, the business partners have opened a second nursery in Sheffield, supported by a further £10,000 in Start Up Loans to help cover the costs of additional land and resources - marking the next stage in the business’s continued expansion.
