Objectives:
- To deliver a programme of work that positively impacts and improves the physical, financial and mental health and wellbeing of the working age population by:
- Working together to share tools, data and communications with employers to understand the benefits of supporting their employees.
- Mapping challenges and barriers to engagement and work together to overcome them.
- Mapping and monitoring which services are being accessed and highlight gaps in provision.
- Working together to generate and share a baseline of current data from which we can measure improvement and review in a year.
- Agreeing short-, medium- and long-term goals that will make an impact.
- Designing and deliver a programme to meet agreed goals.
