The report summarises qualitative and quantitative data, gathered from individuals and employers, and makes recommendations for businesses. It summarises qualitative and quantitative data, gathered from individuals and employers, and makes three key recommendations for businesses:
- Build social mobility into your Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) strategy. Sign up to Opening Doors and use our simple framework to guide you.
- Look at social mobility through an intersectional lens. Download our toolkit to uncover rich insights into how different characteristics intersect to create new barriers.
- Collect diversity data through the recruitment process. Our Advisory Team can provide bespoke support to help you do this effectively.
In addition to asking the social mobility group to explore and consider a campaign on good work we could also consider running an employer campaign on inclusion.
