Beating Burnout workshop

Stress and burnout are at record levels in the UK, with millions of workdays lost each year, alongside the personal pain and misery caused by this creeping epidemic.

Plate spinning. Overwhelmed. Anxious. Guilty. Trying to keep up. Exhausted. Not enough time. Frazzled.  Not my words but how previous clients have described stress for them.  Which ones resonate?  What others would you add?

Join me on Tuesday 2nd December, at 9.30am in the Sheffield Chamber Offices, for an interactive workshop where you will gain insight into what’s behind your stress, how this will lead to burnout if not managed effectively, and what actions and changes you can make now in order to manage it – like Saying ‘No’. Better time management. Letting go of what doesn’t serve you.

Download the Beating Burnout Starter Kit from www.tonyadamsoncoaching.co.uk/resources/ to start managing your stress more effectively.

‘Thanks for your workshop this morning. I wasn't expecting to take such value from it - especially in such a short period of time. I feel more self-aware about my own stressors and I also feel that your training will add value to the quality of my own practice’.
