How to use AI effectively in Business – An Introduction to Copilot.

Copilot, Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence suite, is fast coming a market leader in the world of AI, and we are pleased to offer a half-day workshop as an introduction to Copilot.

We focus on two products:

Copilot Chat – this is not unlike ChatGPT and other similar products, providing a method to ask in-depth questions to gain knowledge on a specific subject.

Copilot 365 – as the name suggests, interfaces with the major 365 Office Applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook to provide AI solutions inside these products.  For example, you could ask Copilot to:

• Build and design a PowerPoint presentation on Safety in the Workplace.
• Provide a summary of a Word document.
• List the key action items from the transcript of a Teams meeting.
• Rewrite an email in a more professional tone.
