Many organisations will be planning to migrate to Microsoft 365, or have recently done so, which often leaves them with software which is unfamiliar and therefore hinders the day-to-day operation of the company.
This course is designed to help individuals and companies in the initial stages of utilising 365, taking into account the use of the traditional desktop applications such as Outlook and Excel, as well as assisting in the use of the ‘newer’ products such as Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
Covering many of the key features of the software, by the end of the course delegates will learn how to use the following features:
- Migrating to version 365 – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OneNote
- SharePoint – share and manage content across your organisation
- Introduction to Teams, incorporating Channels
- OneDrive for Cloud Storage
- Microsoft 365 Features Overview, including Planner, Flow, Sway and Forms
