This one-day course will teach delegates how to create professional and dynamic presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Throughout commerce and industry there are many examples of poorly created PowerPoint Presentations which will not appeal to the audience.  The designs are unprofessional and unattractive, with some often placing too much emphasis on the design and flow of the presentation and not enough focus on the content itself.

Attending this course will ensure that the delegate produces meaningful and stylish presentations, effectively and efficiently.

By the end of the course delegates will understand:

  • How to create a new presentation from scratch
  • How to use shapes, pictures, text boxes and illustrations in a presentation
  • The difference between and how to use slides and master slides
  • How to use and implement animation in a presentation
  • How to use tables
  • How to transfer information to and from other applications
  • How to use colours and themes to automatically change a presentation
  • How to use slide show and tips to effectively deliver your presentation

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for those who need to build effective presentations from scratch and amend/improve existing presentations.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Word would be beneficial, but not mandatory, for those attending the workshop.
