Course Overview
The Market Infra team has been working with clients to win and successfully deliver major UK infrastructure projects, for almost 10 years. During this time, we have developed best practices through lessons learned and putting processes and procedures in place to enable bids to run smoothly.
Through this continuous improvement, we identified a real need for bid and proposal training within organisations to make the work winning process seamless and enable us to support our clients in winning more work.
Our Bid School consists of a one day in-person training course, covering 3 modules, delivered as small, interactive sessions of up to 10 people.
- Module 1: Bid Process – This module will provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the Bid Process and Best Practice, they will learn the key phases of the Bid Process, how they complement each other, and the key benefits this will deliver. (1 hour 30)
- Module 2: Roles and Responsibilities – This module will enable attendees to identify key stakeholders and understand roles and responsibilities during the bidding process (1 hour 30)
- Module 3: High Performing Bid Teams – This module will enable attendees to understand the crucial elements in creating a high-performing bid team, and the tools that can be used to support such an environment. (1 hour 30)

The Bid School is aimed at companies and individuals who are familiar with bidding, but want to improve their processes and techniques, or simply just want to understand how to be more successful in winning new business.
If you are completely new to bidding and have been asked to complete a Supplier Approval Questionnaire (SAQ), Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) or Invitation to Tender (ITT) and feel daunted, stressed or just don’t know where to start, then speak to us about our bespoke courses.
